Getting Dressed

sweater: GAP, blouse: GAP (similar), pants: NY&Co. (similar), bag: c/o Handbag Heaven
flats: Tory Burch, sunglasses: Betsey Johnson (similar), necklace: c/o Kraftshop

Today and tomorrow, instead of being in the hospital, I am going through a two-day training course. I have to say, it feels great to get up on a workday and put on an actual ensemble. Don't get me wrong, scrubs are fantastically comfortable and easy to throw on, but for someone who loves clothes, scrubs get old. With weather in the 80's, I wouldn't typically wear pants, a sweater, and a long-sleeve blouse, but instructors tend to ice-box classrooms, thus the more winter-like attire (thinking ahead, people). Either way, I'm just happy to be getting dressed in my clothes.

Great look!
Just recently I got a pair of Tory Burch flats and I love them. It takes a while for them to stretch but it's getting there :)

I'm happy for you :) I know when I had to wear coffee shop barista uniform all day, I really missed my real wardrobe! Love your cute cuffed button-down.

Mmmm a training?? HIPPA rules/regs? MBS stuff? Best assessments for the CVA pt.? I love a good training! And your outfit is perfect- way better than solid color top, solid color bottom scrubs. Have fun!
