Daily Threads: EBEW Polka Dots

{old navy top: similarMerona Black CardiganF21 Red Skirt, guess booties: similar}

Today's post is a double whammy! It's not only my last outfit of the Winter 30x30 Challenge (woohoo, cheers in the background), but it's also EBEW Polka-Dot day! So I'm knocking out two things in one - always a good day when you get a two-for-one deal!

This particular look was actually one of the first few looks I planned on wearing; however, the weather has a mysterious way of changing my plans. When the challenge started, it was freezing - so I decided I'd wear this on a warmer day. Well it definitely warmed up, but I somehow lost sight of this. Now that the challenge has come to an end and it's freezing again - but I wore it anyway.

I'm planning on a 30x30 Remix Roundup post - I'd like to see all these looks side by side - I fear they all may be similar. We shall see! After that I have tutorials, recipes, beauty posts, and spring time outfits planned! I'm super excited! And for those of you wondering - I will have the knotted bun tutorial up SOON! I just need to go record it...

Such a classic combination of b&w polka dots and red, but I love the addition of the unexpected brown shoes!

I love the combo of polka dots and the vibrant red. Great!

I like your outfit, too, but I don't like the brown shoes... I would prefer black (patent) shoes...or maybe red so that the outfit becomes more...rockabilly style :)

Congrats on finishing! I love the red pop the skirt brings. And be honest, when you say freezing, you mean like what, 55 degrees? So jealous right now!

Yay! You're done! We're both done! CHEERS CHEERS CHEERS. I love how you pulled the collar of your top so it showed over the cardigan. Also loving the mix of black, white and red. Pretty much I am just loving it all, okay?

So fab! I didn't include any polka-dots in my remix. I don't even own any polka-dots for that matter. Something I need to get on...
